Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Quality and Integrity CPR (“Q&I CPR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we understand that schedules can change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our classes and services.
1. Class Cancellations by Participants
More than 48 hours before class: You may reschedule or request a full refund.
24–48 hours before class: You may reschedule for a future class at no additional charge, but refunds are not available.
Less than 24 hours before class or no-show: No refunds will be issued. You may be required to pay a rescheduling fee to attend another session.
2. Cancellations by Q&I CPR
If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, weather, or facility issues), you will be offered either:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer to another available class at no additional charge.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
4. Late Arrivals
Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted to class to avoid disruption.
In these cases, rescheduling policies in Section 1 will apply.
5. Certification Requirements
Participants must complete the full course and meet performance requirements to receive certification.
Failure to complete the course due to late arrival, early departure, or non-participation will not qualify for a refund.
