Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Quality and Integrity CPR (“Q&I CPR,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we understand that schedules can change. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled for our classes and services.

1. Class Cancellations by Participants

  • More than 48 hours before class: You may reschedule or request a full refund.

  • 24–48 hours before class: You may reschedule for a future class at no additional charge, but refunds are not available.

  • Less than 24 hours before class or no-show: No refunds will be issued. You may be required to pay a rescheduling fee to attend another session.

2. Cancellations by Q&I CPR

  • If we must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor illness, weather, or facility issues), you will be offered either:

    • A full refund, or

    • The option to transfer to another available class at no additional charge.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4. Late Arrivals

  • Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted to class to avoid disruption.

  • In these cases, rescheduling policies in Section 1 will apply.

5. Certification Requirements

  • Participants must complete the full course and meet performance requirements to receive certification.

  • Failure to complete the course due to late arrival, early departure, or non-participation will not qualify for a refund.
