Meet the Founder

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Quality and Integrity CPR (Q&I CPR)! I’m Ruby, RN WCC, CPR Instructor, and the CEO & Founder of Q&I CPR. I’ve been a nurse for nearly 10 years and have worked in the medical field for 18 years, with experience ranging from working as a medical assistant in a doctor’s office, to a sales representative for DME, and roles in nursing homes, hospice, and currently home health as a Wound Care Certified (WCC) Registered Nurse.

Through all of my experiences, I’ve learned that quality and integrity are essential. That’s why I am passionate about teaching CPR from the best of my knowledge, always following the latest guidelines from the American Heart Association. My goal is simple: to help you feel prepared, calm, confident, and comfortable if CPR is ever needed.

Beyond Q&I CPR

I’m also a mother of two amazing sons:

Aj, my oldest, has served our country and is now furthering his career in civilian life.

Herbie, my youngest, recently graduated high school and is preparing to serve as well.

As my children pursue their own paths, I’ve turned my focus to personal growth through my company, serving those in need of high-quality CPR training.

My Inspiration

My inspiration comes from my favorite Bible verse:

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” – Ephesians 2:10

At Q&I CPR, we are committed to doing good works and bringing you the most up-to-date teachings and best practices, so you can confidently help others.

Thank you for choosing Q&I CPR—we welcome you to come back anytime!
